These Terms of Service govern your use of the QLINK Rider Club app and membership. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service is intended for residents of Nigeria only.
Membership eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Nigeria.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Motorcycle registration & verification
When you register a motorcycle, you confirm that you are its lawful owner or authorised user and that the details provided (including the VIN) are accurate. We may review and verify registrations, and may approve or reject them at our discretion.
Coupons & promotions
- Coupons and member offers are subject to their own terms, validity periods and availability.
- Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value unless stated otherwise.
- We may add, change or withdraw offers at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
